We are officially homeowners! Mommy and Daddy signed the papers today, and we are so excited. I've already picked out my room, and can't wait to move in. We're going to paint the entire house and make some changes before we move. We'll keep you updated on our progress!

Mackenzie and Mommy
Mommy & I had our pictures made together, just for fun. Aren't we adorable? We love being together, and this is one of the best ways to preserve this wonderful time. (The pictures look much better in person; the computer changed the color when it was scanned in!)

Happy Resurrection Day!
Easter lunch!
Happy Easter!

When I got up Easter morning, I was amazed to see my Easter basket overflowing with so many goodies! Mommy painted a house for my little animals Daddy bought me, I got a new outfit, lots of candy, a bicycling bunny, and lots of other yummy stuff. I had to tear into the chocolate Care Bear as soon as I could!
Getting ready for Peter Cottontail!
Here Comes Peter Cottontail...
Yum-O!
A-Hunting we will go...
Fun at Zoo Atlanta!
Daddy, Mommy, & I went to the zoo on Thursday. We had such a great time! The first animal I saw was an elephant--my favorite. Then we got to see the pandas, gorillas, sea otters, kangaroos, snakes, and another favorite, the turtles! Here I am, acting like a big monkey. Daddy says it's a perfect fit!
Look at all the animals!

Too Cute!
Clean up, clean up, everybody, everywhere!
Chillin' out...
My aunt 'Chelle had to have surgery last week, and while she was in the hospital, I went to babysit my cousins with Papaw while Mommy and Daddy were at work. I helped Papaw cook dinner and give Kaitlyn her bottle. I helped Stephen and Chris play with their Hotwheels cars and helped Michael play his video games. All that helping wore me out. I had to collapse in the first chair I saw. Luckily for me, Kaitlyn likes to share!

Poor, uncoordinated Mackenzie!

Well, it finally happened. I got my first pump-knot on my head. I was running as fast as I could to see my Nana, and barrelled head-first into the door frame (that's been in the same spot for 30 years!). Mommy and Daddy heard the sound of my head hitting the wood, and came running. I tried to be brave and let them hold a cold washcloth on my head, but it was so hard. I think I might have learned why Mommy says not to run in the house. Aren't I pitiful?
Ride 'em, cowgirl!
As you can see, I have my own horse. His name is Max, and everyone else thinks he's a dog. But I know the truth. The other day he laid down in the floor and begged me to hop on. I, of course, couldn't say no. So on I got, and we giddy-up'ed all evening. In this shot, I'm getting ready to say "Yahoo!" Look out, cowboys, here I come!
