Ho, Ho, Ho!

Nanny Janet and Aunt Beth took me to see Santa only a couple of days before Christmas. I hope he can come up with my gifts in time! One thing I asked for was to feel better. I'm not quite back up to 100% yet.

The flu strikes Mackenzie...

As you can see in this picture, I didn't feel well at all. Mommy, Daddy, and I spent most of Thursday night in the emergency room. I was so sick, I threw up while we were at dinner. After Mommy and Daddy realized that I hadn't been drinking or going potty like usual, off we went to the hospital. They fixed me up, and made me feel a little better. I sure hope that I'm back to my old self before Christmas!

Hmm...

People have always told me, ever since I was a baby, that I look just like my mommy. What do you think? Here we are relaxing, watching some Christmas cartoons after a hard day of playing (for me) and working (for Mommy).

Winter Wonderland!

Mommy, Daddy, Papaw Bill, Nanny Janet, Aunt Beth, Great-Grandma Joyce and I all went to Gatlinburg to see the lights. We went to lots of fun places, and had a great time walking around and sight-seeing. Hope you have as much fun looking at these memories as we did making them!

Cheese!

Some people say Gatlinburg has the best fudge around. I disagree, I think it's cheese! I learned that if I say "cheese!" when Mommy or Daddy take a picture, it makes them laugh, and then I laugh at them! Parents sure are weird!

Yikes!

The three of us rode up to the top of the Space Needle (there were only a few other crazy people up there) and boy, was it cold! We stayed warm by cuddling until Mommy took the next picture and lost her nerve to stay up there any longer! Jeez Mommy- Daddy and I were having fun!

Shh..

On our way from our hotel to Gatlinburg, we passed the end of a parade in Pigeon Forge, and guess who slept right through it? Yep, me! Will I never see a Christmas parade?! (We missed the one in Gatlinburg the night before because of traffic!)

At the pool...

We went swimming in the indoor pool at the hotel one afternoon. First I showed off my swimsuit for Papaw Bill, then Mommy, Daddy, and I got busy swimming. Nanny Janet came to help me get all dried off, and I thought it was hilarious when she tied this towel around my waist. Silly Nanny!

Yep...

Yep, Nanny and Papaw finally got me in a Dolly dress. I walked around the store, saying "Ta-Da" and making everyone there laugh. Now all I need is some clogging shoes!

My little elephant...

While at the Lid'l Dolly Store, I found an elephant backpack/roller bag that was calling my name. I just had to roll it around and try it on. I sure hope I see this under my Christmas tree! (These are 2 of Mommy's favorite pictures of me!)

Fun at the Jamboree!

Everyone went to the Black Bear Jamboree to see the Christmas Jamboree. We loved it! The food was great and the show was awesome! I really enjoyed all the music and dancing.

Well, that's all of our trip to Gatlinburg. See ya next time!
