Well, it finally happened. I got my first pump-knot on my head. I was running as fast as I could to see my Nana, and barrelled head-first into the door frame (that's been in the same spot for 30 years!). Mommy and Daddy heard the sound of my head hitting the wood, and came running. I tried to be brave and let them hold a cold washcloth on my head, but it was so hard. I think I might have learned why Mommy says not to run in the house. Aren't I pitiful?

POOR BABY!!!
We were so sad to see you in pain, guess we'll just have to pad that door frame, huh? We hope you won't ever get another boo-boo like that one. Please be very careful.
Love,
Papaw & Nana
