from the Cronon's! One of our very best friends, Heather, spent the last night of the year with us. She's been gone for way too long, and we were thrilled to finally be able to spend some time with her.
Here is Mackenzie, ringing in the new year with a silly bow on her head and a smile on her face.
Opening gifts from Heather is always fun. Mackenzie received lots of fun art supplies for her easel, and a squishably soft Christmas bear that was warmly welcomed into the family.
We finally had a chance to open Lucky Ducks, a gift from Nanny and Papaw. Mackenzie enjoyed playing with the ducks, and after one round of playing by the rules, she invented her own game. She took all the ducks off the console, and named them--after everyone in our family! 
While Mommy whipped up our favorite dinner--Mac and Cheese with Chicken and Broccoli--Mackenzie cooked up some yummy treats too! Yum-O!(Mackenzie loves watching Rachael Ray cook almost as much as Mommy does!)
